Miss Mc Gowan-

Diana-danced with London Festival Ballet before taking a teaching post in Cornwall. She taught for many years across the county opening schools in St. John’s Hall Penzance and  Helston and teaching many current ballet teachers in Cornwall and a wealth of children from the 1950's to 2016. She was still teaching up to two weeks before her death in December 2016.

 

Her reputation as an excellent technician and immense skill as a teacher will never be forgotten and she continues to be one of the most highly regarded ballet teachers in Cornwall.  She is greatly missed but we will continue her legacy for years to come and aim to strive to teach to her impeccable standards.
